To enable long term results, and as part of your preventative care, we may recommend the services of our in-house personal trainer who will work closely with your treating physiotherapist to teach you the correct way to implement your tailored exercise program.

We offer precise and specific exercises to correct faulty movement and improve co-ordination for smoother pain-free movement as part of injury prevention. This includes a focus on improving flexibility, activating weak and disused muscles, and personalised postural training.

Our personal trainer will work with you in our private on-site gym so you can learn the correct way to do exercises in a safe and supervised environment until you are confident enough to return to your preferred fitness regime.
